Ltd took on our maintenance contract during November 2008 and I have been very
impressed with the level of service that they have provided since then. The
office staff are polite, courteous and helpful, answering calls and arranging
jobs quickly and with minimum fuss. The Engineers that have attended site all
have an excellent knowledge and understanding of chiller units. They have
identified areas where we can improve reliability and explain the reasons for
this. Since Galxc's introduction, one of our worst performing chiller units has
become far less problematic. After suffering numerous nuisance trips, a
technician suggested a possible solution and since then, the unit has not
failed. On the occasions where we have called Galxc out, they have had somebody
out to us within the hour. I am very impressed with Galxc and have no
hesitation in recommending them to other companies
